Phase-Shift is a full-sensory installation, that is named after an illegal cloaking technology in Star Trek Next Generation Episode 164. In the context of this multimedia installation, the term can be interpreted to imply a shift between multiple phases of being, neighboring dimensions, artistic movements, and morphing personalities.

Artist Bio:
Scott Andrew is a Visiting Professor in the School of Art at Carnegie Mellon University where he received his MFA in 2013. He has worked as a fashion instructor at the Andy Warhol Museum, a Co-Producer of Trans-Q Television, and is Co-Founder of both the Drift, and the Institute for New Feeling. Scott has been a fellow of both the Frank-Ratchye Studio for Creative Inquiry and PIttsburgh Filmmakers Flight School. His work has been exhibited at MIX NYC, Envoy Enterprises, Geffen Contemporary, Anthology Film Archives, The Kinsey Institute, The Center for Sex and Culture, and The Andy Warhol Museum.
