Regan was born in Munich Germany and has lived in
many different cities throughout the world, first as an army
brat then as an itinerant academic/artist, Mostly, however,
he thinks of himself as “from San Francisco.”
He has shown videos, performed, and exhibited paintings and
installations in a number of national and international venues
and festivals. He has taught at Rochester University, Syracuse
University and The University of Minnesota in Minneapolis
as well as completing a recent Visiting Artist position at
Carnegie Mellon University.
Tomlinson was born and raised on the West Coast.
She has shown her paintings and drawings in numerous one-person
gallery exhibits and group exhibits both on the East Coast,
West Coast and in the Midwest, including: Mark Woolley Gallery
in Portland, OR, the Kirkland Art Center and Everson Museum
in upstate New York, the Quincy Art Center in Quincy, IL,
the Davenport Museum of Art and Des Moines Art Center, in
Iowa. She has been a visiting artist/professor at numerous
institutions: Syracuse University, Ohio State University,
University of Iowa, and Dartmouth College. Until very recently
she resided in Pittsburgh and taught as an adjunct at Carnegie
Mellon University. This is her first collaboration piece in
video and sound.
