Pittsburgh Center for the Arts

The PCA School offers a variety of art classes and workshops for all ages and learning levels. Adults enjoy introductory, intermediate and advanced classes in both 2D and 3D fine arts, media arts, photography and filmmaking. We run four terms per year - fall, winter, spring and summer. Pittsburgh Filmmakers

Pittsburgh Filmmakers provides college-level courses to students who are interested in exploring filmmaking, photography and all forms of digital media. Classes ranging from introductory to advanced are available to adults who have a high school diploma or GED and to high school seniors. Students may register for individual courses on a non-credit basis. Our schedule corresponds with the traditional collegiate semester calendar, and we also offer an abbreviated summer term. All classes are eligible for ACT 48 hours. Browse Classes

Sunday Sampler

Teens and adults may drop in for 90 minute workshops every month at PCA. These fun beginner level workshops are a great way to test the waters before committing to a longer class. Or, if you just want to stop by to have a little fun in our studios these workshops offer an exciting, no-hassle arts experience. Pre-registration is suggested, but not required. Browse Classes
