Each week, visit local historical sites with sketchbook in hand! Draw both indoor and outdoor cityscapes from nearby neighborhoods with a focus on Pittsburgh's architecture, landscape, people, flora, and fauna. Learn about equipment, materials, and other helpful tips for becoming the expert travelling sketcher. Students should definitely bring their sketchbooks and may work in the materials of their choice (pencils, chalk, charcoal, watercolor pencils, ink, etc.) The first class will meet at the Center and then proceed to the first location. Sites for the remaining class sessions will be determined each week.
